Paris Gâteaux Crown – Beautiful space, French-style products but the experience is not up to par

Not only impressing with products crafted by a team of leading baking experts, Paris Gâteaux Crown also attracts diners with its romantic, sophisticated space, inspired by Parisian street cafes. The brand's goal is to bring a relaxing, comfortable experience and a better quality of life through well-crafted products and luxurious spaces - at a reasonable price.
However, the actual experience still has some points to improve.

Space & location:
Beautiful, airy, very pleasant European style. In terms of space, Paris Gâteaux still maintains its advantage.
Shop status:
The time I visited the shop was quite empty, but the time to serve food was unusually slow (nearly 30 minutes).
Staff attitude & concentration:
The staff who took the order at around 5:00 p.m. on September 14 seemed to lack concentration, making the experience uncomfortable.
Went to eat cake - drink tea on the weekend but the mood was down because I had to remind them many times when ordering.
Cake quality:
The cake was beautifully presented, good in appearance.
However, the flavor was not too special, not creating the "wow" feeling as expected from a big brand and high-end positioning like Paris Gâteaux.
Conclusion
Paris Gâteaux Crown has many advantages from brand, space to product diversity. However, the actual experience of service speed and staff attitude is still not commensurate with reputation and expectations.
A small problem in operation can greatly affect customer feelings - especially with groups of guests coming to relax on the weekend.
Hopefully the system will improve better so that the experiences at Paris Gâteaux are worthy of the inherent quality.
